💙 Dementia Family & Caregiver Support Circle 💙

Caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia can feel overwhelming at times—but no caregiver should have to navigate the journey alone.

At ComForCare Home Care South Jersey, we are proud to offer a monthly Dementia Family & Caregiver Support Circle designed to provide education, encouragement, practical guidance, and meaningful community connection for families and caregivers throughout South Jersey.

This support group offers a safe and welcoming environment where participants can:

• Share personal caregiving experiences
• Learn practical dementia care strategies
• Find emotional support and encouragement
• Connect with others who truly understand the caregiving journey

Our sessions are facilitated by experienced dementia care professionals who are passionate about helping families feel informed, supported, and empowered through every stage of care.

🔹 Lydia Gibson, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC
Owner of ComForCare South Jersey and Nurse Practitioner with extensive training and expertise in dementia care and aging services.

🔹 Heaven Listman
Agency Manager at ComForCare South Jersey with 8 years of dementia care experience supporting individuals and families.
